When you visit our website, Hostinger processes, among other things, server log files (e.g. IP address, date and time of access, browser information and operating system) that are necessary for the technical operation and security of the website. Use is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in the secure and reliable provision of our online offering). Data processing agreement

We have concluded a data processing agreement (DPA) for the use of the above-mentioned service. This is a contract required by data protection law which ensures that the provider only processes the personal data of our website visitors in accordance with our instructions and in compliance with the GDPR.

Data protection

The operators of these pages take the protection of your personal data very seriously. We treat your personal data confidentially and in accordance with the statutory data protection regulations and this privacy policy.

We point out that data transmission over the internet (e.g. when communicating by email) can have security gaps. Complete protection of data against access by third parties is not possible.

Storage duration

Unless a more specific storage period is stated within this privacy policy, your personal data will remain with us until the purpose for the data processing no longer applies. General information on the legal bases for data processing

If you have consented to data processing, we process your personal data on the basis of Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR or Art. 9(2)(a) GDPR. If you have consented to the storage of cookies or to access to information on your end device (e.g. via device fingerprinting), the data processing is additionally based on § 25(1) TDDDG. Consent can be revoked at any time. If your data is required for the performance of a contract or for the implementation of pre-contractual measures, we process your data on the basis of Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. Furthermore, we process your data insofar as it is necessary to fulfil a legal obligation on the basis of Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR. Data processing may also be carried out on the basis of our legitimate interest pursuant to Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Notice on data transfer to the USA and other third countries

Among other things, we use tools from companies based in the USA (e.g. Google). When these tools are active, your personal data may be transferred to the USA and processed there. Where a transfer takes place, it is based on the European Commission's adequacy decision on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (DPF) or – if applicable – on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. We point out that, according to some supervisory authorities, a level of data protection fully comparable to that of the EU cannot be guaranteed.

Revocation of your consent to data processing

Many data processing operations are only possible with your express consent. You can revoke consent already given at any time – e.g. via the "Cookie settings" link in the page footer. The lawfulness of the data processing carried out until revocation remains unaffected by the revocation.

Right to object to data collection in special cases and to direct marketing (Art. 21 GDPR)

IF YOUR PERSONAL DATA IS PROCESSED FOR DIRECT MARKETING PURPOSES, YOU HAVE THE RIGHT TO OBJECT AT ANY TIME TO THE PROCESSING OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA FOR THE PURPOSE OF SUCH MARKETING (OBJECTION PURSUANT TO ART. 21(2) GDPR).

Right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority

In the event of violations of the GDPR, data subjects have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in particular in the member state of their habitual residence, place of work or place of the alleged violation. This right to complain exists without prejudice to any other administrative or judicial remedy.

Right to data portability

You have the right to have data that we process automatically on the basis of your consent or in performance of a contract handed over to you or to a third party in a common, machine-readable format. If you request the direct transfer of the data to another controller, this will only be done insofar as it is technically feasible.

Information, deletion and correction

Within the framework of the applicable legal provisions, you have the right at any time to free information about your stored personal data, its origin and recipients and the purpose of the data processing and, if applicable, a right to correction or deletion of this data.

Right to restriction of processing

You have the right to request the restriction of the processing of your personal data. To do so, you can contact us at any time. The right to restriction of processing exists in the cases mentioned in Art. 18 GDPR.

SSL / TLS encryption

For security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, such as requests you send to us as the site operator, this site uses SSL or TLS encryption. You can recognise an encrypted connection by the fact that the browser's address line changes from "http://" to "https://" and by the lock symbol in your browser line.

Objection to advertising emails

The use of contact data published within the framework of the imprint obligation to send advertising and information material not expressly requested is hereby objected to. The operators of the pages expressly reserve the right to take legal action in the event of the unsolicited sending of advertising information, for example via spam emails.

This website uses its own simple consent banner to obtain your consent to the storage of certain cookies or to the use of analysis services and to document it in a data protection-compliant manner. On your first visit, you can choose between "Accept all" and "Reject all". Analysis services such as Google Analytics are only loaded after you have actively agreed.

Your choice is stored locally in your browser (localStorage) so that the banner does not reappear on later visits. You can change or revoke your consent at any time via the "Cookie settings" link in the page footer. The legal basis for storing the consent is Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR (obligation of proof under Art. 7(1) GDPR) or our legitimate interest pursuant to Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Contact form and enquiry by email or phone

If you contact us via the contact form or by email or phone, your details (e.g. first and last name, company, email address, phone number, project type, budget, timeline and the content of your message) will be stored and processed by us for the purpose of handling your enquiry. The form enquiry is transmitted to us by email (SMTP). We do not pass on this data without your consent.

The processing of this data is based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, provided your enquiry is related to the performance of a contract or is necessary for the implementation of pre-contractual measures. In all other cases, the processing is based on our legitimate interest in the effective handling of the enquiries addressed to us (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) or on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

The data you send us via contact enquiry remains with us until you ask us to delete it, revoke your consent to storage, or the purpose for the data storage no longer applies (e.g. after your enquiry has been fully processed). Mandatory statutory provisions – in particular statutory retention periods – remain unaffected.

5. Analysis tools and advertising

Google Analytics

This website uses – subject to your consent – functions of the web analysis service Google Analytics. The provider is Google Ireland Limited ("Google"), Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.

Google Analytics enables us to analyse the behaviour of website visitors. In doing so, we receive various usage data, such as page views, time spent, operating systems used and the origin of the user. This data is assigned to the respective end device of the user; it is not assigned to a user ID.

Furthermore, with Google Analytics we can, among other things, record your mouse and scroll movements as well as clicks. In addition, Google Analytics uses various modelling approaches to supplement the data records collected and employs machine learning technologies in the data analysis.

Google Analytics uses technologies that enable the recognition of the user for the purpose of analysing user behaviour (e.g. cookies or device fingerprinting). The information collected by Google about the use of this website is generally transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there.

The use of this service is based exclusively on your consent pursuant to Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and § 25(1) TDDDG. Consent can be revoked at any time with effect for the future. As long as you do not consent, Google Analytics will not be loaded; for this we use Google Consent Mode, so that no analysis cookies are set before consent is given.

Data processing agreement

We have concluded a data processing agreement with Google and fully implement the strict requirements of the German data protection authorities when using Google Analytics.

Storage duration

The data stored by Google at user and event level that is linked to cookies, user identifiers or advertising IDs is anonymised or deleted after 2 months.

6. Plugins and tools

Fonts (locally hosted)

To display fonts consistently, this website uses the "IBM Plex Sans" and "IBM Plex Mono" fonts. These are embedded locally on our server and loaded directly from there. No connection to third-party servers (e.g. Google Fonts) takes place; no personal data is transferred to third parties for this purpose. The fonts are provided under the SIL Open Font License.
